can possibly be the worst way to get thoughts out.
I think when the foundation is crap and weak, then the building is sure to fall down. but people still wonder why it falls.
hm, a neat little analogy to make you think. But Jesus knew about it already. He wrote about it. The castle in the sand.
So the house/castle, whatever will suite you, seems good on the outside; but when the storm comes, its unstable and falls.
I think this fits so many sitations in life than can be thought imaginable.
Friendships are put to the test when things happen. And the inner thoughts start to seek out from underneath onto the surface. And it's not all pretty. Most of it isn't. Because thoughts have been there all the time, but were never out. So then people want to be authentic and real and not hurt people, but it is taken the wrong way. But the other people have another way of thinking that is still not neccisarily bad, but still taken the wrong way by the other people. And friendships are broken. Or torn apart for a second.
and the tare is left wondering if it'll be mended or left to bleed.
And maybe the tare needs to stay for a little while, because the people that have to take care of it need to read up on how to take care of it in the best way possible, for the best healing.
Revolution: I'm praying for this weekend like never before. We need to start over. Our youth group. We need to regoup our whole beings. We need to find wisdom. We need to find strength. We need to think about where the other person is comming from. We need to put our real thoughts out there for the world to see; even if they are not pretty. We need to be raw and we need to break. To become beautifully broken. And offering up ourselves for the others to take or leave. We need to be a family. For a revolution to happen and last; I hope so.
Edit//
And we need to find the right wise words to say. Just because people are hurt dosn't mean they need to be rude about it. There are no regrets in life, just lessons learned. So breathe in those lessons, and breathe out healthy choices that keep your integrity. Build character and look through the other person's eyes.
